Executive briefing

Ninety minutes.
No slides.

A structured working session between a Proxem partner and your executive team. The purpose is to determine whether a mandate is warranted, and whether we are the right firm to deliver it.

Agenda

What we cover.

  1. 00:00, 00:10
    Context

You state, without editing, where the organisation is on AI today, spend, pilots, board pressure, pending decisions.

  2. 00:10, 00:40
    Diagnostic

We put structured questions to each executive present. The partner does most of the listening.

  3. 00:40, 01:10
    Framework walk-through

We test one system of yours against the five principles of the Trust Framework, in the room, live.

  4. 01:10, 01:30
    Verdict

A plain-language summary of what we heard, whether a mandate is warranted, and if so which one. On the record.

Read the Trust Framework first. It is the most honest description of how we work, and it will tell you quickly whether Proxem is the right firm for you.
